The Awake approach to 360º Feedback differs from most, in that it is used as a personal development tool, not just a performance appraisal.  By including such factors as emotional connection, presence, and developing trust, the feedback gives us access to support the real person, not just their "outputs".  Furthermore, we combine 360º Feedback with psychometric profiling, allowing us to make links to the drivers behind the work behaviours.

360º Feedback is provided by peers via a confidential web-based questionnaire, customised for the specific situation.  It is always supported by a face-to-face developmental feedback session.
